PM Salary:

BA Step 1 $49,447 or MA Step 1 $52,190 per GITA contract

Minimum Qualifications:

NYS Teaching Certification English 7-12

Qualifications Desired:

1. Prior teaching experience 7-8 desired. 2. Familiarity with NYS Next Generation English Language Arts Learning Standards 3. Experience with iReady, My Path, IXL, ThinkTech, and Khanmigo 4. Ability to use data driven instruction to improve student achievement 5. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with grade level teams and special area teachers 6. Strong use of technology to support professional responsibilities; ability to integrate technology into instruction 7. Strong written and oral communication skills 8. Strong work ethic; ability to collaborate with team/school 9. Provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment in an integrated co-taught classroom setting and provide differentiated instruction for special education and ENL students 10. Evidence of positive classroom management skills.
