$54,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Job description: OnTECH Charter High School is seeking a passionate High School ELA Teacher to lead instruction for grade 9 during the 2026-2027 school year, with a focus on youth literacy . At OnTECH, our educators collaborate to create an engaging and supportive environment for all students, particularly nontraditional learners. We value a growth mindset, educational equity, and innovative teaching methods while fostering character development and a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide instruction in literacy and ELA for high school students. Support students' social-emotional development and individual learning needs, including those with IEP and 504 plans. Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
Job Requirements:
