4-8 Licensed ELA Teacher for 25-26 or 26-27 School Year

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic licensed ELA Teacher to join our school community and inspire young minds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages learning, social development, and emotional well-being. You will design and implement engaging lessons across core subjects, adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles, and work collaboratively with parents and staff to support each child's growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons in reading, math, science, and social studies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed. Encourage social and emotional growth through positive behavior management. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ELA curriculum and teaching strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education/ELA. Valid teaching certification or state licensure. Proven experience or student teaching in upper elementary/middle school settings. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
