• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment.

• Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
• Conduct and evaluate standardized testing
• Incorporate Montessori principles into teaching practices
• Foster creativity through writing and creative writing assignments
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in teaching a Orton Gillingham Program, preferably in a private school or elementary or middle school setting
• Proficiency in learning technology tools
• Familiarity with standardized testing procedures
• Strong classroom management skills
• Knowledge of Montessori education principles is a plus
• Ability to write effectively and creatively
• Experience in instructional design is advantageous
