Key Responsibilities Restorative Leadership:
Facilitate a classroom culture rooted in restorative circles and proactive relationship-building.
Differentiated Instruction:
Design and implement engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored for students with learning disabilities.
Small Group Support:
Provide high-impact feedback and guidance within a small group setting.
Community Collaboration:
Actively participate in faculty growth and partner with parents to support the "whole child."
Our Ideal Candidate Experience:
Proven success working with neurodivergent learners or students with learning disabilities.
Credentials:
Previous classroom teaching experience.

Position Details Schedule:
40 hours per week (August start date).
Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 (contingent on experience)

Benefits:
Direct Deposit is available for part-time and full time salaried employees. Payday is the 15th and the last day of the month. Health Insurance - through Aetna - Odyssey School Pays up to $325 per month toward the employee monthly health insurance premium: any remainder is deducted pre-tax through payroll. Dental insurance through Principal is available at the employee's expense, with monthly premiums deducted through payroll. Vision Insurance through Principal is available at the employee's expense, with monthly premiums deducted through payroll. Long-term disability policy through Principal.
