Job Description

We are seeking a warm, engaging, and skilled Middle School Language Arts Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about literacy instruction and committed to helping students grow as thoughtful readers, writers, and communicators.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday-Thurs, 1:15 PM - 4:15 PM; Friday 12:45-2:15
PM Compensation:
Starting at $28,000 and up, commensurate with experience
Start Date:
Immediate Responsibilities:
Teach middle school Language Arts, including reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons Differentiate instruction to meet a range of learners Provide timely feedback on student work Foster a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Education or related field preferred) Prior teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Passion for literacy and student growth We are looking for someone who is collaborative, organized, and excited to make a meaningful impact during this important stage of academic development.
