Part-Time, In-Person About ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy is dedicated to providing a nurturing, faith-centered educational environment where students develop academically, spiritually, and socially. We are seeking a passionate and engaging Language Arts Resource Teacher to support student growth and foster a love of reading and writing. Position Summary The Language Arts Resource Teacher will provide high-quality instruction to students in Grades 2 and 4, helping them develop strong literacy, reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and enthusiastic about working with elementary-aged children. Key Responsibilities Teach Language Arts to students in Grades 2 and 4. Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and abilities. Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback. Administer assessments and prepare report cards. Maintain accurate student records and documentation. Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to support student success. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Follow all school policies, procedures, and staff handbook requirements. Ensure the responsible use and care of instructional materials and classroom resources. Qualifications Required Strong English language skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively teach Language Arts concepts to elementary students. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Positive attitude and commitment to student growth. Preferred Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Prior teaching or tutoring experience. Experience working with elementary-aged children. Graduates of U.S. educational institutions. Proficiency with educational technology and online learning resources. Experience creating educational content, presentations, or short instructional videos. Ideal Candidate Passionate about literacy and student achievement. Creative and engaging instructor.
