Job Description
Qualifications Holds a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Current ACSI and/or State Teaching Certificate in Secondary content area preferred. Two or more years of classroom teaching experience is preferred. Knowledge of computer technology required. Willingness to pursue higher education and continue progress in career development. Willingness and ability to coach/sponsor extracurricular activities preferred. Teacher will provide classroom instruction in Grades 6-12 depending on the content area. Must have the ability to learn computer skills to employ computer programs to post grades and communicate with parents. Must also have a willingness and ability to assist in total school programs and extracurricular activities. Maintain clear, open and professional communication with parents. To work with administration to keep parents adequately informed of student discipline. Integrate Biblical principles and perspectives throughout all curriculums from a Biblical worldview.
