Job Description

at State of Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware, United States Job Description The Delaware Department of Justice, Civil Division, Environmental Unit, seeks a Deputy Attorney General to serve as Assistant Unit Head. This position may be based in either New Castle County or Kent County. Deputy Attorneys General in this Unit represent the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control ("DNREC"). The Environmental Unit offers advice on a full range of legal issues to DNREC, which includes the following
Divisions:
Waste and Hazardous Substances, Fish & Wildlife, Parks & Recreation, Watershed Stewardship, Water, Coastal, Climate & Energy, and the Environmental Crimes Unit.
