Job Summary Magikid Palo Alto is seeking Office Assistant and Front Desk Staff in the Robotics afterschool learning center locates in Palo Alto - Los Altos area. These positions are suitable for experienced administrative clerk, school office assistant, or librarian. Ideal candidates should have good experience in working with teachers and young students and genuinely love on education and connecting with people in all ages. Responsibilities Manage teacher and student daily attendance. Greet and welcome students and parents and prospective clients. Manage online calendars, teacher schedules, and student lists. Communicate with parents on student's class participation and progress. Document all client communications in the online system Market and promote learning center courses and camps. Keep classrooms and office equipment in order. Other tasks as needed.
