Youth STEM Summer Camp Teachers

Hello Job Seekers! We are looking for amazing Lead and Assistant Teachers to run our summer camp programs that take place in Tustin, Irvine, and Newport Beach. Hours are Monday-Friday, between 30-40/week and will start in June. We are looking for teachers that can either work full days from 8:30a-4:00p or half day shifts from approximately 8:30a-12:30p or 12p-4:00p. Teachers should be energetic, organized and love to work with youth ages 6-14. Qualifications:

• Must love to work with children grades k-8th
• LEAD Teachers - At least 1 year class room management experience required Able to learn our curriculum
• Energetic and professional
• Able to have fun with students at the same time maintaining class rules
• Great communication skills
• A great problem solver
• Positive morals and values
• Have reliable transportation to drive to school sites and to store teaching materials
• All instructors will be fingerprinted and TB tested
• Must be within 20 minute driving distance to school sites
• Must be able to commit to teaching for at least 6 months.

Hours & Pay:

$21-$23.00 per hour(DOE) This job is for June through the mid August. We will have part time work available from September through May for those interested. Instructors should be available between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday or half days between approximately 8:30-12:30 or 12-4. Trainings are paid.
