Position is expected to begin approximately July 1, 2026 or as mutually acceptable. Renewal of appointment is dependent on performance, program needs and/or availability of funds. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct in-person and Zoom advising related services for undergraduate students in the Department of Information & Computer Sciences. Support the function of the ICS Advising Team in advertisement, outreach, and recruitment activities. Process advising-related paperwork. Assist in managing ICS Advising media and newsletter. Work with undergraduate data to improve advising services and promote student success. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Currently enrolled in a graduate program. 0 years of experience in academic advising. Experience working in a team environment. Strong communication skills. Desired Qualifications Familiar with working with a diverse student population. Access to a car and has a driver license.
