In this dynamic role, you will design engaging lessons, facilitate hands-on activities, and create an inspiring environment where children can explore and develop essential skills. Your passion for education and working with children will help cultivate a positive learning atmosphere that encourages growth, creativity, and critical thinking. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys while developing your teaching expertise. Duties Develop and deliver interactive STEM lessons tailored to diverse age groups and learning styles Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment Incorporate hands-on experiments, projects, and activities that promote experiential learning Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and extracurricular STEM events Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction as needed Maintain safety protocols including basic first aid procedures and emergency response readiness Support inclusive education practices by accommodating students with special needs or learning differences Qualifications Proven experience in teaching or tutoring children in STEM subjects or related fields Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages, backgrounds, and abilities Certifications in first aid and child safety are preferred but not required; willingness to obtain if necessary Experience with special education strategies or behavior management techniques is a plus Passion for inspiring young minds through innovative teaching methods and creative engagement Join us in shaping the next generation of thinkers, innovators, and problem-solvers!
