Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Clearway School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Orton-Gillingham Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This position requires a minimum commitment of three days per week and is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting students with language-based learning differences. In addition to providing Orton-Gillingham instruction, additional hours may be available as a teaching assistant. Responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group Orton-Gillingham instruction Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families Maintain accurate records and progress documentation Support classroom instruction and student learning as needed in a Teaching Assistant role Qualifications Orton-Gillingham training required at a minimum at an Associate level Experience working with students with dyslexia, language-based learning disabilities, or other learning differences preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to be flexible and responsive to student and program needs Bachelor's Degree Schedule Minimum of 3 days per week approximately; 20+ hours per week Part-time position Additional hours may be available through classroom support and Teaching Assistant responsibilities as needed About Clearway School Clearway School is a private special education school serving students with social, emotional, and learning challenges.
