Job Description

At Kumon of Marlton , our Center Assistants play a key role in bringing this mission to life. What You'll Do As a Center Assistant, you will support students, parents, and our Instructor. Assistants typically specialize in one core area while assisting in others, with responsibilities including:
Instructional Support:
Grading and organizing student classwork and homework with accuracy and efficiency.
Student Guidance:
Guiding students to follow center procedures and individualizing strategies to support their growth in collaboration with the Instructor.
Mentorship:
Providing encouragement and support to help students stay motivated.
Customer Service:
Welcoming families, offering excellent customer service, and sharing feedback on student progress with the Instructor and parents. What We're Looking For Strong foundational skills in Math and/or Reading. A genuine love of learning and enthusiasm for working with children. Reliable availability to work evenings and/or weekends. Dependability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with our team and build positive relationships with families.
