This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the arts, particularly in dance and theater. The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various educational initiatives, facilitating communication, and enhancing the overall experience for students and participants. If you have an interest in musical theatre and working with children please apply. Duties Opportunities to either Assistant Direct or Co-Direct on projects. Assist in the planning and execution of dance and theater programs. Support instructors during classes and workshops by providing necessary materials and assistance. Help organize rehearsals to ensure everything runs smoothly. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and engagement. Requirements A background or strong interest in theater is preferred. Ability to have patients working with children. A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
