Job Description
We are currently hiring college students for the position of After School Assistant to provide supervision and a fun environment for children in Pre-School through 5th grade. Responsibilities Assist teacher assistants with general supervision of the children in the program Assist with snack service Supervise students in the play gym, and on the playground Assist with the preparation and implementation of program activities Provide homework help to students who have questions Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families Perform other duties as directed by the Site Leader and/or Program Coordinator Qualifications 1-year experience with children, a plus Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task First Aid and CPR certification, a plus but not necessary We offer a flexible schedule You'll receive training and ongoing support A fun working environment! No weekends!
