The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in STEM education, robotics, as well as a strong understanding of mechanics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds through creative problem-solving, teamwork, and technology. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that foster curiosity and develop critical thinking skills in a fun, supportive environment. Duties Plan and deliver interactive Lego Robotics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels Facilitate hands-on activities that promote understanding of robotics, engineering, and programming concepts Manage classroom behavior to ensure a positive learning environment Provide individualized support and tutoring to students as needed Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth Maintain a safe, organized classroom setting with appropriate materials and equipment Adapt lesson plans based on student needs, interests, and feedback to maximize engagement and learning outcomes Experience Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or classroom management is highly desirable Experience working with children or students in an educational setting is preferred Background in STEM education, robotics, or related fields is a plus Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts in an accessible manner Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster a collaborative learning environment Previous experience with children is required This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education, technology, and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
