As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping students thrive both academically and personally by: Supporting students in lessons on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Helping pupils build confidence and overcome barriers to learning Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Supporting students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), SEMH, and behavioural needs Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating student success Becoming a trusted adult who motivates, inspires, and supports young people We'd Love to
