Job Description

Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Director for the PhD in Health Sciences program . The Director is responsible for providing strong, mission-focused leadership for the creation and establishment of the educational program in compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and professional practice competencies; leading the development, approval, and implementation of program policies and procedures that align with the institution's to ensure best educational practices and compliance with external regulatory agencies. The Director will supervise the development and maintenance of program curriculum, utilizing learning strategies that facilitate successful student outcomes. Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to Christ-centered Liberal Arts education, Christian service, and the mission of Faulkner University. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) tenure-track position. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with academic qualifications, teaching experience, and research.
Qualifications:
