Job Description

ASHS - Open Rank Faculty, Audiology Job Type Full-time Description The Department of Audiology at A.T. Still University - Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS) is seeking two full-time Audiology Assistant/Associate or Full Professors to join our faculty on the Mesa, Arizona campus. The positions are full-time, tenure-track, audiology faculty positions with rank and salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Primary roles will be teaching didactic and laboratory coursework in the audiology program and other duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering assigned instructional components of the AuD curriculum, including teaching and evaluating students in classes and laboratory activities. Working within the Audiology Department to contribute to team-teaching & comprehensive exams. Student advising & recruitment. Assigned departmental administrative duties (i.e., working on admissions committee, or accreditation reports/processes, etc.) Participating in service to the university, profession, and community. Scholarly productivity and mentoring students involved in research activities. Clinical supervision and/or provision of direct patient care services, as needed. Requirements Requirements">
Education & Experience:
Doctoral degree (AuD, PhD, or equivalent degree). Arizona audiology license (or eligible for license). Advanced knowledge in areas of audiology practice or instruction appropriate for the needs of the department (e.g. ABR/neurodiagnostics, implantable devices, genetic and acquired disorders, tinnitus, other). Experience teaching/training audiologists and/or supervising students. Clinical audiology experience. Record of professional and community service. Motivation to conduct research and/or record of scholarly productivity.
