Job Description
Schedule:
Temporary training assignment in the San Diego / Camp Pendleton, California area. Training includes daytime and nighttime activities during scheduled exercise events.Summary:
The Lead Medical Instructor will oversee and coordinate advanced medical training for up to 12 participants while ensuring training activities are properly integrated with the military exercise.Requirements:
- Strong experience in advanced, emergency, or tactical medical training.
- Experience leading instructors or medical training activities.
- Strong knowledge of realistic scenario-based medical training.
- Ability to coordinate with military and Government personnel.
Duties:
- Sead and supervise medical training activities.
- Coordinate training schedules and exercise requirements.
- Oversee realistic medical scenarios and Full Mission Profile events.
- Ensure instructors, equipment, and training materials are prepared and ready.
