The adjunct faculty for the Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) program is a position that reports to the Program Director-CLS. This role requires good organization, written oral and communication skills. Instructs and supports the Clinical Laboratory Sciences education program based on the needs of the program. Instruction can include curriculum specific content associated with clinical chemistry, hematology/hemostasis, Immunology Immunohematology/transfusion medicine, Microbiology, Urine and body fluid analysis, and Laboratory Operations. Responsible for classroom management of assigned courses and application of varied instructional and teaching methodologies. Supports CLS program functions which may include periodic meetings related to programmatic accreditation requirements, advisory boards and organizational structure.
