Family Health Clinic Precepting Residents:

Engage in teaching and guiding residents in the clinic or the hospital (approximately 40% of time).

Clinical Practice:

Provide clinical care in our residency clinic (approximately 40% of time).

Administrative & Curriculum Development:

Dedicated time for program administration and curriculum development (approximately 20% of time), including integration of our program's training in lifestyle medicine. Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $285,000
• $310,000 per year
• First year begins at $289,918 per year or $307,918 per year when doing OB; Second year $322,000 to $343,000 Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.

0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
• Experience as a Family Medicine Physician Department Information This fully accredited, community-based Family Medicine residency program has been training physicians since 1996 and offers a strong emphasis on full-spectrum family medicine, including inpatient, outpatient, and maternity care.

The program supports 18 residents in a 6-6-6 model and fosters a collaborative, supportive learning environment led by a well-rounded faculty. Residents and faculty work within a state-of-the-art hospital and outpatient clinic and benefit from academic collaboration with the Willmar Rural Family Medicine Training Program and the University of Minnesota Medical School

Cloud campus. Call responsibilities are shared across the team at approximately 1:8, and physicians with a DO background are strongly encouraged to apply. Our Location CentraCare, a leading not-for-profit health system and one of the largest providers of rural care, serves patients across Central, West Central, and Southwestern Minnesota. It delivers nationally recognized care through 40+ medical and surgical specialties, innovative population health programs, and a collaborative physician-administration leadership model.
