Our programs combine comprehensive didactic education with extensive hands-on experience using live models, preparing students to confidently enter and excel in the aesthetics industry. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced and passionate Trainers to join our growing team. We are looking for professionals who not only excel in their clinical craft but also enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping others develop their skills and confidence. Current Opportunities 1. Healthcare Provider Clinical Trainers Teach and support licensed healthcare providers (RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, DDS) in: Neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®) Dermal Fillers Microneedling Chemical Peels Consultation Skills & Treatment Planning Safety, Complications Management & Clinical Best Practices Eligible Healthcare applicants must: Hold active RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, or DDS license Have extensive experience with injectables and majority of other listed aesthetic procedures 2. Medical Aesthetician Trainers Teach and support licensed estheticians and cosmetologists in: Hydrafacial Dermaplaning Microneedling Chemical Peels Medical-Grade Skincare Consultations & Treatment Planning Eligible Medical Aesthetician Trainers must: Hold active Esthetician or Cosmetology License Have extensive experience performing majority of listed skin rejuvenation treatments Qualifications Preferred candidates will possess: Minimum 3 years of aesthetic industry experience Advanced proficiency in the services they wish to teach Prior teaching, training, precepting, mentoring, or speaking experience Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for education and helping others succeed Professional, positive, polished and collaborative demeanor •Compensation is commensurate with experience, credentials, and scope of teaching responsibilities (e.g. lead vs supporting hands-on trainer, presenter, etc).
