We are looking for a dedicated nursing professional who is passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses. Position Responsibilities Teach Medical-Surgical Nursing content in the classroom (didactic instruction) Facilitate nursing skills and simulation laboratory experiences Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with program outcomes Assess student performance and provide timely feedback Maintain accurate records and comply with school, accreditation, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with nursing faculty and administration to support student success Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Recent clinical nursing experience within the last five (5) years required Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and/or Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred Recent didactic teaching experience within the last five (5) years preferred Experience teaching in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings preferred Experience utilizing ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute) nursing education platforms and resources is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to student learning and professional excellence
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
