We are searching for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organization skills. Under the direction of the Radiography Program Director, the Radiography faculty member has the responsibility and accountability for classroom instruction, student evaluation and record maintenance, and takes on responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director. Additionally, this individual will assist the Radiography Clinical Coordinator with the clinical education aspects of the program. This position facilitates the operational activities related to quality patient care and overall department function. Responsibilities Provide instruction for Radiography courses, student evaluation, and maintain student records. Assist the Clinical Coordinator with growing and developing additional clinical sites for Radiography program. Assist the clinical coordinate clinical activities ensuring students can achieve competencies. Facilitate operational activities related to quality patient care and overall department function. Uphold high standards of teaching, scholarship, and service. Assist the Clinical Coordinator in maintaining strong relationships with clinical affiliates and the community at large. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director or Imaging Sciences Chair.
Requirements:
Education Baccalaureate Degree American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Preference will be given to applicants with MRI Credentials, but it is not required for the position Experience Documents two years clinical experience in the professional discipline Documents a minimum of one year of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program
