Job Description

Vermont State University seeks an adjunct instructor to teach a CMH course during the Fall 2023 semester. The course will be taught In Person on the VTC campus in Williston, Vermont and remotely via zoom, in a weekend format. The need for flexibility in teaching modalities is a necessity. POSITION
Part-time, Adjunct Instructor in the M.S. in Clinical Mental Health - Weekend Format
RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching the following course, as well as engaging with and mentoring students; keep regular office hours, being available to students for consultation; encouraging and allowing students the time in class to complete the student evaluation forms distributed electronically near the completion of your course(s).

3 CMH 6215 Treatment Planning in Clinical Mental Health and Substance Use Counseling This course focuses on person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment planning and documentation for clinical mental health and substance use counselors. It includes an understanding of diagnosis and assessment, an individualized, strength-based approach, and attention to natural supports and community resources.
