We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Front-Line Manager to lead daily processing operations and help drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Schedule This position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Schedule flexibility and overtime may be required based on business and production needs. What You ll Do As the Front-Line Manager, you will lead daily batching, blending, and processing operations for extruded & molded chews, tablets, and granules. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with FoodScience quality standards. This is a leadership role that combines operational oversight with team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, planning, organizing, and directing daily processing activities Coaching, mentoring, and developing production team members Promoting a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment Driving productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational performance Communicating important operational, safety, and quality information to employees Ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP standards, safety, and quality requirements Supporting investigations and corrective actions related to safety or quality incidents Monitoring staffing and workflow needs to support production schedules and customer demands Supporting accurate production documentation and work order management Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities Ensuring equipment and facilities are properly powered down and secured at the end of shift What We re Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing, production, processing, or a related environment preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Ability to motivate teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment Experience working within SOP and cGMP-regulated environments preferred Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to work overtime as needed to support customer demands Why You ll Love Working Here Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to lead and develop employees Growing company with opportunities for advancement Mission-driven organization focused on helping people and pets live healthier lives Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits packageREADY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
