Job Description

The Academic Search team with Curative Talent, has partnered with Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on a national search for additional faculty to join their established and growing Lung Transplant program . This incoming faculty member will join MCW's Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine and will be eligible for appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The program has gone through significant growth over the past 15 months, completing 22 transplants in 2025 with continued volume growth in 2026. This substantial growth has been coupled with above national average survival rates. The program consists of two highly skilled transplant surgeons, two APPs dedicated to the lung transplant program, and the successful recruitment of this position will make up a team of three pulmonologists that are dedicated to lung transplant .
This role will require:
MD or DO with eligibility for Wisconsin medical licensure Board Certification in Pulmonary and Critical Care Experience and/or interest in lung transplantation medicine Life in Milwaukee Milwaukee offers an exceptional quality of life with the resources of a major metropolitan area and the ease of a livable, family-friendly city.
