General admissions and enrollment information is provided as well as guidance to the appropriate staff member or department. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate through their experiences and accomplishments: Previous experience in customer service, higher education, admissions, enrollment, or an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Knowledge of community college policies and procedures. Knowledge of rules of grammar.
