The Dean of Oneonta Campus and Early College Programs serves as a member of the College's administrative leadership team and is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and day-to-day administration of the Oneonta Campus and all Early College/Dual Enrollment programs. The Dean provides administrative oversight for campus operations, instructional support, Early College programming, Dual Enrollment Success Advisors, community partnerships, and related operational functions while ensuring compliance with College policies and applicable dual enrollment regulations. The Dean works collaboratively with College administrators, instructional divisions, school systems, and community stakeholders to support institutional goals, student success, retention, and enrollment growth. Provide administrative leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations, facilities, instructional support activities, and assigned personnel at the Oneonta Campus in conjunction with appropriate College administrators. Serve as the College's administrative representative for the Oneonta Campus and Early College Programs with local school systems, community agencies, business and industry partners, civic organizations, and other external stakeholders. Provide leadership and administrative oversight for all Early College/Dual Enrollment programs, including coordination with instructional divisions, academic departments, and participating secondary schools. Supervise, support, and evaluate assigned personnel, including Dual Enrollment Success Advisors and other designated staff associated with the Oneonta Campus and Early College Programs. Coordinate and oversee Early College and Oneonta Campus student support processes, including admissions coordination, registration assistance, orientation activities, academic advising support, and related services in collaboration with the appropriate College departments. Ensure that Early College/Dual Enrollment courses and instructors comply with College policies, accreditation standards, credentialing requirements, and applicable state guidelines. Serve as liaison between the College and local school districts regarding dual enrollment agreements, student participation, program compliance, and academic progress. Develop, implement, and evaluate annual goals, strategic initiatives, events, activities, and operational plans for the Oneonta Campus and Early College Programs in support of institutional priorities. Develop, manage, and monitor budgets associated with the Oneonta Campus and Early College Programs and ensure responsible stewardship of College resources. Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with secondary schools, community agencies, business and industry, and other educational institutions to support enrollment growth, workforce development, and student success initiatives. Participate in College administrative planning, institutional committees, policy implementation, and strategic initiatives as assigned. Provide leadership and coordination for institutional accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance activities, including collaboration with College administrators, faculty, and staff to support accreditation reaffirmation and processes to maintain compliance with accreditation standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, required, or directed by the College. The College reserves the right to assign additional tasks and to alter or reassign job duties as necessary to meet business and operational needs. In order to perform these essential functions, the Dean of Oneonta Campus and Early College Programs must be present at work. Therefore, attendance is an essential function. Minimum of a master's degree in education or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. Must have an experience in instruction, academic administration, student services, curriculum, advising, or educational leadership Experience working with K-12 systems, dual enrollment, or early college programs is preferred. Must have supervisory experience overseeing programs, personnel, or divisions. Must be willing to travel in and out of state and work nonstandard hours including evenings and weekends.
