Job Description

The Part-Time 5-10 hours per week Affiliate Director provides leadership and oversight for The CALL in Poinsett County , ensuring the effective recruitment, training, and support of foster and adoptive families. This role serves as the primary community liaison and works collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and partners to advance The CALL's mission while maintaining compliance with organizational standards of practice. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee the daily operations and priority needs of The CALL in Poinsett County within a part-time capacity Ensure the affiliate operates in accordance with The CALL's Standards of Practice Identify challenges and work toward solutions that support continuous improvement Support and supervise staff and coordinator roles as needed Assist with scheduling and staffing of Support Center open hours Community Engagement & Advocacy Serve as the local spokesperson for The CALL at churches, community events, and information sessions Cultivate and maintain relationships with foster and adoptive families, church leaders, DCFS staff, volunteers, and donors Guide, encourage, and inspire individuals and groups interested in supporting The CALL Attend training information panels and orientations as needed Program Oversight Monitor program effectiveness related to recruitment, training, and support of foster and adoptive families Schedule and facilitate monthly information meetings Identify local training needs and collaborate with the Advisory Committee and Training Coordinator to meet those needs Work with the Training Coordinator to observe trainers and ensure quality training standards Collaboration & Strategy Set goals and plan strategies in partnership with DCFS staff and the Advisory Committee Coordinate and actively participate in monthly Advisory Committee meetings Share updates and communications from the state office with appropriate staff and volunteers Fundraising & Financial Stewardship Lead local fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Fundraising Coordinator Support the development and execution of an annual fundraising plan Collaborate with the Financial Coordinator on budget planning and financial accountability Ensure financial reports are communicated to the Advisory Committee Reporting & Accountability Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the
DCFS Statewide Liaison and The CALL Executive Director Benefits:
