Job Description
Part-time weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday The Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Assistant works under the direction of the designated Department Manager responsible for resident Admissions. The Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Assistant works to coordinate paperwork, verifications, including insurances and other payor sources, and in making other general preparations for new admissions. The Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Assistant works with the admission and marketing teams to assist in any way possible to enhance communication and ensure that the resident admission process is efficient and effective. Requirements > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Summary Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
