Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Leadership Oversee daily operations of the Teen Center and Bijou Bowls during after-school hours. Plan, coordinate, and supervise educational, recreational, workforce development, and enrichment activities. Develop monthly activity calendars and special events. Build positive relationships with teens and create a welcoming environment. Ensure participant safety and maintain appropriate supervision at all times.
