Job Description
ATSU- Administrative Support Admissions Job Type Full-time Description A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Administrative Support for Admissions on the Mesa Campus. The position is responsible by supporting Admissions to ensure a smooth experience of future applicants. Job Duties & Responsibilities Reserve conference rooms and lunch areas for interview days. Prepare name tags for applicants and guests record, track, and place lunch orders for applicants and student ambassadors. Set up lunch for applicants and clean up lunch area after lunch is over. Ensure laptops are charged and ready for use on interview days. Ensure interview/conference rooms are clean, and water bottles are available for interviewers. Compile and order "I'm In" packets to accepted students. Assist with interview day greeting, shuffling, and wrap ups as needed, back-up for Admissions Coordinator during interview days. Ensure Admissions Recruitment office area is clean, neat, and supplies are fully stocked. Requisition supplies through Purchasing software. Manage receipts, purchase orders, and C&M delivery sheets, ensuring accurate recording and filing. Manage reservations for conference rooms, Admissions interview suites, and Admissions vans. Prepare and ship recruitment materials for traveling staff. (determine shipping dates, pack shipping container, make shipping labels, track packages, etc) Maintain swag inventory and organization Assist with event planning/organization of special events. (Admissions / Student Affairs related) Monitor incoming Admissions phone calls and email communications. Responsible for recording, scheduling, handling, and monitoring vehicle maintenance for Admissions van(s), ensuring it is always up-to-date with respect to service and condition. and other processing tasks as assigned. Requirements Requirements"> Skills & Experience Education- High school diploma or equivalent Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Excellent communication skills Provide high quality customer service, basic computer knowledge, Professional telephone and e-mail etiquette. strong organization and time management skills.
