- Full-time Overall Summary Under the direction of the Program Manager for Mobile Services, the Program Supervisor for Mobile Services will provide strategic and hands-on support for the Mobile Services Program.
- Reviews timecard requests including PTO, manages annual performance reviews, and other functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience and Training:
High School Diploma required; College education preferred or equivalent work experience Lead or supervisor experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook Experience working in a fast paced environment Experience working in an FQHC, community clinic or public health environment. Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Competent in the use and comprehension of basic medical/dental terminology Medical Assistant, Registered Dental Assistant, Medical Administration, or equivalent certification preferredCertifications/Licenses:
Current CA Driver's License- must pass driver's pre-insurance background check
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs Ability to work and act independently, and to make and carry out decisions with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to coordinate a team, projects, and work collaboratively. Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with both internal and external customers. Successfully manage multiple projects at the same time. Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with and serving a diverse population. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet. Ability to investigate and analyze information, draw conclusions and problem solve. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Reading and writing in order to review records for accuracy.Work Conditions:
Travel to other sites and/or locations is required- Events may require a day or overnight trip to attend Work indoor and outdoor in varying temperatures and work conditions Prolonged periods of walking, standing or sitting Manual dexterity used to include, but not limited to, standard office equipment, and computer keyboard.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, walking and standing Regular bending, stretching and lifting up to 25 pounds. Driving and/or traveling to work and event sites. Includes exposure to outside elements.Supervises:
