Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Principal, the Dean of Students is responsible for forming relationships with students and families in the SBCP community in order to support alignment with the SBCP mission, codes of conduct, and student behavior expectations (as detailed in the SBCP Parent-Student Handbook).
