Job Description
Description We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Support candidate from June 29th until July 2nd. Hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm. This temporary position centers on engaging travelers in a high-traffic area in Hollywood, introducing tour options, and helping drive ticket sales through approachable, informative conversations. The ideal candidate is comfortable initiating contact, promoting services with enthusiasm, and supporting the sales process from first interaction through order completion.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage pedestrians and travelers to spark interest in available tour experiences and encourage ticket purchases.
- Share clear, persuasive information about tour offerings so customers can quickly understand options and make informed decisions.
- Distribute promotional materials in designated public areas to increase visibility and attract potential buyers.
- Support both walk-up and direct sales interactions, responding to questions and guiding customers through purchasing decisions.
- Process transaction details accurately, including order entry and related sales documentation.
- Provide post-sale assistance by addressing customer concerns and helping ensure a positive booking experience.
- Contribute to daily sales goals by maintaining an efficient presence and consistently identifying new opportunities to connect with customers. Requirements
- Experience in sales support, inside sales, outbound sales, inbound sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to approach potential customers confidently and communicate in a friendly, attentive manner.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain offerings in a clear and engaging way.
- Comfortable working in a public-facing environment with frequent customer interaction.
- Accuracy in order entry and handling sales-related information.
- Ability to manage post-sales support needs and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Self-motivated approach with a results-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
