Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides direction and day-to-day coordination of educational and departmental activities including administrative support and educational coordination between medical schools, visiting programs, primary care clinics, attending physicians, residents, fellows, medical students and institutional and regulatory administrative offices.
Qualifications:
Education College Degree - 4 year (required) Or Equivalent Experience (required) Work Experience Minimum one (1) year Related experience (required) Minimum two (2) years Related experience (preferred) Skills and Abilities Computer Skills Advanced computer skills including desktop-publishing, word processing, databases and interest in continuing education in this area. Background in healthcare is preferred. Research and data analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments and outside agencies. Ability to work with individuals from different countries and cultures. Skills in coordinating multiple, simultaneous ongoing program demands. Knowledgeable in budget preparation and allocations. Organizational abilities, attention to detail, dependability and trustworthiness. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
