Job Description

Upgraded and Caring company is looking for an experienced Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional/Administrator (QIDP). Responsible for three 6-bed long-term healthcare facilities, the QIDP manages the coordination of care for 18 residents, supervises approximately 30 employees, and implements Individual Service Plans for each resident. Must pass physical and finger print clearance. Flexible hours, On call component, great caring team that all pitch in on office duties, Kaiser Insurance, Dental, Vacations after 1 year.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in human services, Psychology, Social Services Drivers license, Reliable Transportation and insurance 2 years experience with People with intellectual and/Developmental disabilities Must be available to be in facilities to observe and train and ensure all client care is being completed properly and medical needs are attended. •Must have a passion to help others and improve the quality of life for our residents.•Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve•.
