Responsibilities:

Verify customer info. Ensure that all necessary information is collected and entered accurately into the system. Resolve any discrepancies on information. Maintain accurate records of all verifications. Provide customer service info to customers regarding coverage. Communicate with employees/management. Follow up with all sales needing important info.
