Duties:
Supervise and review the collection of admission documents, ensure completion and forward to the appropriate departments as necessary Supervise or perform interviews of residents/guardians and obtain required information and signatures Assist in the orientation program for residents/personnel Maintain an accurate record of available beds Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility Maintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies and procedures Keep current on Medicare/Medicaid provider regulations for skilled nursing facilities Maintain daily and monthly census report as directed
Qualifications:
Admissions experience in a healthcare facility required Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and part of an interdisciplinary team Positive attitude and driven by desire to serve others
Pay:
$56,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
