Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Manager of Academic Affairs, this position exercises analytical and decision-making responsibility in supporting the College's Academic Affairs & Workforce Innovation division. duties include utilizing operational processes, entering faculty and instructor workloads, analyzing instructional assignments, course and room scheduling. The position conducts ongoing data tracking and assessment reporting, performs procurement and budget-related analysis, and develops procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This position collaborates extensively with department chairs, academic deans, school assistants, Human Recourses, Student Affairs, executive leadership-including the Associate Vice President and the Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Colorado Community College System personnel. The role is relied upon to troubleshoot multifaceted issues, interpret policy, recommend solutions and ensure the critical academic and payroll deadlines are consistently met. Work is generally performed in a standard office environment. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. May require hours outside of regular office hours. May require work at both campuses. May require travel between campuses. A successful candidate possesses strong communication skills, and is at ease with the following:

Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, and accountability in identifying issues, evaluating information, and developing effective solutions. Works independently, manages competing priorities, and follows assignments through to completion.
Effective Communication and Collaboration:
Communicates clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders and builds effective working relationships across teams and organizational levels. Conveys technical, operational, and accreditation-related information in a clear and actionable manner.
Organization, Project Management, and Technology Proficiency:
Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple activities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Effectively uses technology and enterprise systems for communication, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Competencies/KSAs:
Knowledge of computer enterprise systems. Knowledge of accreditation standards. Effective communication, interpersonal, organization, independent problem solving, and project management skills. Ability to use computer technology for communication, data gathering, and reporting activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant administrative or customer service experience. Administrative or customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience processing compensation and payroll. Experience working with Banner or closely related system. Experience working in a higher education environment. Knowledge of FLAC processing within CCCS.
