Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Lesson Coordinator and Administrative to join our team. Music knowledge or experience is not needed, however a passion for music is a must! This pivotal role combines project management, and administrative expertise to ensure the seamless delivery of private and group lessons. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will play a key role in coordinating lessons and GROWING our program. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative educational experiences while honing your skills in higher education administration and program management. Duties Communicating with Parents to schedule and reschedule regular lessons as well as make-up lessons. Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing personnel management to foster a fun teaching environment Oversee administrative tasks related to program development, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and Facilitate communication between students, educators, and administrative staff to promote a energetic learning community Skills Demonstrate motivation to grow our lesson program by recruiting new students and retaining the ones we have Demonstrate amazing organizational abilities Multi-tasking ability to handle small tasks while keeping focused on larger projects is essential Office admin or scheduling experience preferred Skilled in recruiting personnel, managing personnel performance Excellent written communication skills for quick texts or more complicated emails
Pay:
