Job Description

#ED2025 Ädelbrook is Hiring! Hiring for our Bloomfield/Manchester Academies and our Cromwell Academy Join our team and make a meaningful impact supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Ädelbrook is seeking an Assistant Director of Education to provide leadership and oversight for our educational programs, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and person-centered services.
Qualifications Include:
  • State certification in Special Education or School Social Work required
  • Master's degree in Special Education, Education Administration, or related field
  • Valid teaching and/or administrative certification (as applicable to the state)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in special education or therapeutic educational settings
  • Must hold Connecticut Department of Education, Intermediate Certification (092), as well as, Special Education or related services endorsement.
