As a key member of our leadership team, the Admissions Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of admissions, ensuring a seamless transition for new residents, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition for new residents Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to resident intake, ensuring timely and efficient communication Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, discharge planners, and social workers Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement Participate in facility-wide committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for admissions

Requirements:

At least X years of experience in long-term care admissions (to be replaced with actual number) Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, social work, nursing) Proven track record in long-term care admissions and operations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
