Job Description
Description Choate Rosemary Hall is currently hiring for the role of Admission Administrative Assistant (PT). The Admission Administrative Assistant (PT) position: Provides administrative and customer service support to the Admission Office, serves as a welcoming and professional point of contact for prospective students, families, schools, consultants, and other constituents throughout the admission process,
manages inquiries, communications, and maintaining applicant records and materials in Slate,
supports campus visits and admission events,
assists with decision-reply and enrollment processes,
and providing general administrative and project support to Admission Officers. This is a part-time, hourly/non-exempt, year-around position scheduled to work weekdays during first shift, approximately five (5) hours per day, with 1,300 annual budgeted hours.
