REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certificated and/or professionally licensed non-administrative employee of the Brandywine School District who works in the building where the position exist. Good organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Meets established deadlines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Building Equity Plan. Review and use disaggregated school student performance data with a focus on historically underrepresented youths in both academic and nonacademic areas and work with building level administrators and staff to: Understand the data and its implications at the building, classroom, and/or student level. Use the data to set measureable outcome focused goals concerning district and building community, parent, and student diversity issues. Assist with planning and facilitating professional learning offerings on culturally relevant practices and areas that focus on the issue of community, parental, student, and staff diversity. Assist with addressing issues of diversity that influence climate, culture, and educational engagement. Assist with planning and facilitating Deliberate Discussions about race. Assist with addressing and eliminating institutional racism systemic barriers that limit access and opportunity for all students.
