Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking motivated Admissions Representatives for direct hire opportunities across Central Florida, including Lakeland, Kissimmee, and East Orlando. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in college admissions, high-volume phone sales, insurance, banking, or financial services who enjoys helping prospective students take the next step toward their educational goals. The Admissions Representative will work in an on-site, fast-paced, goal-oriented academic admissions environment with strong training, supportive leadership, and clear performance expectations. This opportunity offers stability, career growth, professional development, education assistance, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by guiding students through an important life decision. Key Responsibilities
  • Interview prospective students to understand their interests, qualifications, readiness, and educational goals.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls, with a target of at least 100 calls per day.
  • Explain academic program details clearly and professionally while answering student questions.
  • Manage assigned leads from multiple sources and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the admissions process.
  • Accurately document calls, interviews, lead activity, and enrollment progress.
  • Follow established admissions procedures while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $21.61 per hour.

  • Schedule:
    Flexible schedule required, with rotating monthly schedules that may include Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Typical schedules may include 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM, or Saturday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
  • Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
